Comedy has always been a part of Bill's life, from a subscription to Mad Magazine (22 years and counting, as of 2007) to his ever-growing collection of comedy albums from which he draws most of the show's material. An internet user since '93, some of Bill's many other web projects include "The Lord of Coke and Hot Dogs" with Magister Matt G. Paradise, "Hellywood" (the first Satanic movie site), the Kevin Bacon-inspired "Black Sabbath Game", "Look Out: The Dio Humor Page", Bill's own personal home pages, and contributions to many other sites including two for his favorite band, The Residents.
When he's not working on his show of mirth, Bill M. is usually spending time with his two other "M" passions: music and mathematics. Although the bass guitar remains his main instrument, he enjoys collecting and composing on a number of musical instruments, including the mandolin, balalaika, kalimba, harmonica, melodica, wooden flute, and recorder. Though, unlike your stereotypical comedy or math fanatic, Bill ain't exactly ugly. Dubbed "The Luscious Bill M." by RFS co-founder Miss Honey Hellfire, he was also a feature-of-the-month on LongHairedMen.com. But hey, this is a DJ biography and not a singles ad, so stop reading and tune in!

Lord Dracul
Velvet Darkness on MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/djdracul
The Gothic and Industrial tour de force known as Velvet Darkness is hosted by the Lord Dracul. Through a haze of clove smoke and a sea of fishnet, he opens the darkest depths of the crypt with a healthy dose of music that is best listened to in the cold comfort of a black candle and a glass of absinthe. His musical philosophy is "keep music evil, and with tongue planted firmly in cheek" and that he does each and every week.
A long time member of the Church of Satan, Dracul is intent on utilizing the format to put the needed spotlight on bands and artists in the genre that are relevant to the Satanist and to help spread the word about the work that those artists are doing. Realizing that those who populate Goth nights at clubs in their locales are also interested in music that existed on the fringes of both musical worlds, Dracul also features many bands that flirted with Goth themes and Industrial remixes. Old school goths and rivetheads, fear no, though, he will be delivering the goods when it comes to the classic groups of the genres as well, like Bauhaus, The Sisters of Mercy, Fields of the Nephilim, and Specimen. So join him each week as he emerges from the crypt to serve as your guide through the darkness...the Velvet Darkness.

Tom Schulte

Tom Schulte is an avid, multi-genre music collector. After High School, participation in punk and metalcore bands led to Scruffy Tearaways and regional gigging. Tom chronicled his adventure through music and opinions in Detroit's Jam Rag. This column, Outsight, grew to other publications and turned into Outsight Communications, providing content for Internet and print media. Tom's broadcasting experience began with guesting on shows and then on to having a Thursday morning program on WPON-AM (Pontiac, MI). After sharing new music discoveries there for over a year, Tom became the substitute host for WDET-FM Detroit Public Radio.
Tom began an Internet Radio program in early 1998 with the home-produced Outsight Radio Hours. The show features new recordings touched on in the column. Each show features a live phone interview. Past guests from the eclectic program include Les McCann, Mortiis, and Billy Sheehan. Tom has been Internet active since acoustic modems and Freenet. He is an application developer building Internet solutions for manufacturers.
